Photographing couples I know along with my own partner and body, I explore the romantic and domestic in a sterile, communal environment - the studio. Using the exact same set up; a white backdrop and two continuous lights; I explore the couple’s dynamic with colour and posing. With each shoot, I chose colours to use in my lighting that I believe represent the dynamics between the partners, allowing the viewers to make their own connections about the partnership.
